Responsibilities

Assist loan officers with preparing and reviewing loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Support loan processing activities, including data entry and borrower information verification
Communicate with clients to collect required documents such as income verification, credit reports, and escrow information
Perform preliminary credit analysis and review loan files for compliance with applicable regulations
Coordinate between borrowers, underwriters, escrow agents, and lending partners to ensure smooth and timely loan processing
Maintain organized and compliant loan files in accordance with federal and state regulations
Provide support during underwriting by gathering financial data and assisting with basic calculations
